Each piece is created with deep respect for the legacy of Poul Henningsen and with careful attention to materials, finish and construction.

PH Furniture provides a standard 5-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use across our furniture collection, including chairs, lounge furniture, tables, storage, stools, benches, dressing tables, piano benches and the PH Tubular Steel Collection.

For PH Mirror Lamps and other lighting products, the standard warranty is 2 years.

For upholstery, leather, textile, special finishes, and materials not listed as standard for a given product, the warranty period is 2 years.

The warranty does not extend to ordinary wear and tear, ageing of natural materials, or damage caused by daily use, incorrect maintenance, improper installation, accidents, misuse, or unauthorised alterations.

Natural variations in wood, leather, brass, copper, glass and other honest materials are considered part of the character of the product and not defects.

Note

Product defects are remedied by repair, replacement of parts, replacement of product, or reimbursement of the purchase price. The choice of remedy is at the sole discretion of PH Furniture.

A purchase invoice is required when making a claim under this warranty. Claims must be submitted by the original purchaser within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered.

This warranty applies only to products purchased through PH Furniture or an authorised partner.
