Refund policy
RETURN
a) Standard products: Return of goods including pick-up /delivery must be done by agreement with seller / ToneArt Interior ApS.
The following information must be provided to ToneArt Interior ApS:
Original order number, packing slip number and invoice number.
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery date and always at the cost of the buyer. A return fee is calculated to cover seller's handling of the returned product of currently 20% of the purchase sum plus any shipment costs that may have been paid by the seller. Any local taxes, duties, etc. paid by the buyer can never be reimbursed by return of an item.
ToneArt Interior ApS creates a return order and sends a return order confirmation, which must be attached to the returned product.
The amount of credit is subject to the goods being purchased from ToneArt Interior ApS and the item must be returned in undamaged condition and in original packaging.
Goods that are damaged or in broken packaging are not credited unless it is possible to prepare the item for resale, for example in the case of repackaging. Any costs are deducted from the crediting of the goods.
b) Non-standard products defined as items that are made to order cannot be returned.
c) Spare parts cannot be returned.
